Dispatch
Orders placed before 5.45pm are generally shipped the same day. Our preferred carriers in the UK are APC and Royal Mail, although we can ship your goods by a number of different methods, including taxi!
Collections can be arranged by our customers if preferred, by prior arrangement.
International Dispatch
Fluid Power also ship worldwide on a daily basis, with its own dedicated department and trained staff. We can dispatch your order, for most products, on the same day. Please do not hesitate to contact one of our staff for further enquiries.

Returns Policy
Parts must be returned within 30 days of receipt of goods. Returned items issued correctly against your order number are subject to a 20% restocking charge. All returns are subject to inspection by our Quality Control Department and may be rejected if not in resalable condition. All returned kits must be complete or you will be charged for the entire kit. No returns accepted on made parts or tape cut to your specification or any special order items. Any modification of hardware components voids the warranty from the manufacturer and from Fluid Power.
