FPE Ltd have created the ideal assortment of o'rings to stock or for emergency situations.
- Maxi kits carry hundreds of o'rings presented in various sizes and cross sections to cover all needs.
- Flange Maintenance kits carry a vast range of flange seal sizes and also includes D-rings and Boss rings and Bonded washers for every eventuality
- Splicing kits include 14 one metre lengths of nitrile cord, knife, glue and measuring tape to help make individual o'ring sizes.
- FPE Ltd's new Carry Tech kit range has a growing popularity proving it's the most practicable o'ring kit around. It holds over a hundred o'rings in a range of sizes. Maxi Agricultural
One of the most comprehensive o-ring service repair kits that FPE has to date. Designed for the agricultural sector, consisting of bonded washers and a large selection of o-rings and some back up rings.
Our labeling of each section advises as to where the seals are generally fitted, although they can be used universally. Seals in this kit are suitable for:
- ORFS
- Kontak valve blocks
- Karcher hose assemblies
- QEW Quick Release Pressure Washer Couplings
- ISO 'A' Quick Release Couplings 1/4 - 3/4
- 6 SAE 3000, 6000 pump flanges
Air Conditioning Kit
Our Air Conditioning kit contains 600 O-rings in 25 different sizes of HNBR (High Nitrile) O-rings. This kit has been specifically put together for the repair market.
Box G & H
Box G (imperial) & Box H (metric) are our most popular O-ring boxes, but many more are available in both viton & nitrile.
Carrytec Kit
This handy kit contains 27 sizes and 216 pieces of 90 shore O-Rings. Each box has a graphic label identifying the type of application and dash number for the seal. A chart on the back of the box lists popular O.E.M. part number matches for each O-Ring. The special features of this kit are that it can be carried to the application or opened out flat and mounted on the workshop wall.
Box A & B
Boss & Tube Fittings Seals
These are O-Rings for SAE adapters where a fitting is threaded into a cylinder or valve chest and sealed with an O-Ring. The sizes vary from ? sae/jic and increasing to 2” sae/jic.
Box C
Flat – Face O-Rings (ORFS)
Now becoming one of the most popular sealing methods in the agriculture and plant sector used on John Deere, Ford, CAT & JCB machinery. When removing the flat face female of a hose end, the O-Ring is fitted in the male fitting. Care should be taken when refitting the loose female nut.

SAE Flange Seals
The O-Rings are used in the repair or replacement of seals in the 3000 & 6000 SAE flange of multi-spiral hoses and valve chests.
FMK1
Our Flange Maintenance Kit contains Flange seals, O-rings, Bonded Washers and D-seals suitable for a range of flange fittings on O & K, Caterpillar and other plant machinery.
Maxi Kits
These sturdy kits, packaged in a heavy duty box, contain 1415 O-Rings in the most popular sizes, and are ideal for mobile units. Five internal boxes contain 1/16” C/S, 3/32” C/S, 1/8” C/S, Boss and Flange fitting o-rings. Repair units also available in 70 or 90 shore.

One of the most comprehensive O-Ring service repair kits that FPE has to date. Designed for the Construction Industry consisting of bonded washers, grease nipples, adhesives and a large selection of 90 shore O-rings, used to withstand higher system pressure, with back-up rings top suit.

ORFS Kits
Now becoming one of the most popular sealing methods in the agriculture and the plant sector, used on John Deere, Ford, CAT and JCB machinery. When removing the flat face female of a hose end, the o-ring is fitted in the male fitting. Care should be taken when fitting the loose female nut, as the o-ring sometimes drops out.
QRC
This 7 compartment box contains the 6 o-ring & back ups used in the quick release coupling ISO 'A' range. The seals in this kit are used for:
- 1/4” used on sprayer booms and low pressure case drains.
- 3/8” imp British standard & 3/8” metric new Italian format used on rough terrain fork trucks, Sanderson & Matbro teleporters.
- 1/2” imp British standard & 1/2” metric new Italian format. Used more generally throughout the agricultural sector on tractors, tele handlers and in the construction industry.
- 3/4” metric new Italian format used on tractors as a low pressure high flow return for combination drills where the fan is driven by a Hydraulic motor.
To make removing and fitting of these seals easier, we have added a pick and hook set in the seventh compartment.
Steam Cleaner Kit
Consisting of 7 of the most popular sizes of O-rigns used to repair the trigger assembly, stand pipe and the quick release couplings used to drain down the system.
Maxi Combi Kit
A Comprehensive 90 degree shore 'O' Ring kit containing 2630 'O' Rings and back-up rings. They are stored in a sturdy box, ideal for mobile plant repairers, and can be easily replenished.
