Hose protector

Durable Hose protection made from polyethylene capable of withstanding wide variations in temperature. Available in lengths up to 6metres and diameter sizes of 15-150mm. Easily fitted, avoids the need for disconnection of couplings ... just wind it on!

Fitting Tools

These tools aid the installation of U-seals into a gland, helping to eliminate the risk of damage to sealing lips.

Can be bought individually or in a set of three.

Verniers

A high quality instrument, able to measure up to 150mm (6") or 300mm (12") A push of a button changes from inches to metric. A clear LCD display shows a reading with a resolution of 0.01mm (0.0005”) that is accurate to ±0.03mm). These calipers come in a sturdy, padded plastic case with instructions and a spare battery.

Pick Sets

Our pick sets feature screwdriver-type handles and are ideal for removing O rings etc. Set includes awl, hook tip, 45° bent tip tool, and 90° bent tip tool.

Breather Plugs

Breather Plugs are available in 1/4" 3/8" and 1/2" thread sizes.

O Ring Wall Chart

Pi Tape

Our Pi Tape allows for quick accurate measuring of the outside diameters of both large seals and metal parts, rams, rods etc. The tape comes with a certificate of calibration.

O Ring Super Lube

A silicon based grease for o ring lubrication. Available in a 1/2 oz tub.

Oil Spill Kits

Our Oil Spill Kits are an effective solution for dealing with oil spillage. Contains 10 pads, 2 x8cm 1.2m socks, 2 disposal bags & ties also 2 pairs of latex gloves.

Gland Wrenches

These tools come in two styles (see photo's) Both are available in 4 sizes and are made from hardened steel. They are also known as Gland Tools, Peg Spanners and Gland Spanners.

Measuring Cone

Our O Ring Measuring Cone provides British Standard (bs) numbers instantly. Measures 184 of the most widely used sizes in 5 standard widths 1/4" ID to 5 5/8 ID. Made of high density polyurethane the cone stands 17 1/2" high.

Nitrile Gloves

We stock powdered and powder free nitrile gloves in various sizes, please ask our sales staff for your requirements.

O Ring Gauge

A sliding gauge designed to measure standard cross section o rings with an inside diameter of up to 13".
